After years of anticipation and waiting, Project Motor Racing finally made its official debut on PC and consoles on November 25, 2025. Developed by Straight4 Studios and published by GIANTS Software, the title is a modern reimagining of the racing experience, with a focus on realism, advanced surface dynamics, and a large fleet of cars.
Behind the project is a group of industry veterans linked to the historic Project CARS and GTR sagas, who wanted to bring all their experience to a new simulator with high ambitions.
Project Motor Racing offers a realistic driving system and a game setting that mixes single-player and multiplayer modes, with dynamic surface technology (True2Track) and a number of notable tracks and car classes also presented at SimRacing Expo 2025.
However, the launch sparked intense debate within the community: many players and reviewers pointed out that the game needs further refinement in terms of gameplay and overall performance. The developers, for their part, are already working on post-launch patches and updates to respond to the feedback received and refine the overall experience.
